How to run a full marathon in less than 3 hours

This is the first step of our comprehensive training program that will ultimately see you running a full marathon.

The initial step of the Scissors program will be a series of short workouts with running and jump ropes. Later, we will use the Scissors training to build our endurance to run marathons without a break.
