Improve your health, agility, coordination, and balance with this affordable and portable exercise.
Today, we will be focusing on jumping rope exercises that will get your heart pumping and body moving. Jumping rope is a great way to improve your cardiovascular health, increase your endurance, and burn calories. It is also an affordable and portable workout option that can be done almost anywhere.
🧓🏽
Let's start with a simple warm-up exercise . Stand in a natural pose and bring your right heel back to the starting point. Repeat with the left heel, pressing gently enough to keep your leg still. Now, stand on your left leg and repeat with the right heel. Use your foot as support and your thigh to lift and bend. Your heel can also be used for balancing, and your foot can be used for sitting or lying down.
The whole body can be in movement with your feet, so press both heels powerfully with a sense of ease and flow . Try to lift your body forward, up and forward, changing your pose during your movements. To begin with, stand on your right foot and push your left leg forward and then your body forward. You don't have to balance your right foot, but you have to balance with a feeling of ease and freedom.
🧢
Lift your chest, stomach, lower back and shoulders, and try not to use your hands or arms to balance. Remember that all your body weight should be on your feet, legs and hips, and start practicing slowly , lifting your leg gently. After a few days, start lifting your leg powerfully in a single motion, and as you get stronger, try to lift your leg higher and higher. Now, stand on your left foot and lift your right leg. You can also change the starting position and lift your right leg in front and then your left leg behind. Take a break for five to ten seconds in the middle of your movement and practice slowly and gently, starting with just a bit of pressure as you lift your leg.
